The regional association Les Clefs d’Or ALPA of Northen Italy awards the best hotel Concierge of 2023
The esclusive place for the Concierge Best Night 2023 took place last 25th May in one of the most exclusive Milan’s place “Horto Restaurant” located on the top of the historical building “The Medilan” which has been projected by Arch. Luigi Broggi in 1902.
Mr. Nicola Balitro, President of the regional section ALPA Les Clefs d’Or and 2nd Vice President UIPA Les Clefs d’Or as well as head Concierge of the luxory 5 star Hotel Park Hyatt Milan, opened the evening with Mr. Bernie Gallotta Past President and Vice President ALPA Les Clefs d’Or, responsable for training of UIPA Les Clefs d’Or and head Concierge of Grand Visconti Palace Milan, who entertained the public composed by many concierges whom like them have been wearing the pin of Les Clefs d’Or proudly making the luxory hospitality a real experience.
The speech of Simone Giorgi GM of Hotel Park Hyatt Milan was greately appreciated as he always takes care of small details which contribute in creating refined and luxorious atmosphere in his hotel.

Concierge of ALPA Les Clefs d’Or and the Public Institutes
Hotel’s Concierge whom can wear the pin of the prestigious international association Les Clefs d’Or cooperate to give real value to local tourism and due to this, Public Institutes are behind them. For ALPA Les Clefs d’Or are “Regione Lombardia” and the Council of Milan.
During the Concierge Best Night 2023 Ex-Councillar of “Regione Lombardia” Mr. Fabio Pizzul was awarded by ALPA Les Clefs d’Or as honorary member, while Dott.ssa Martina Riva councillar of Sport and Tourism of Milan’s Town Council, who could not attended the evening, forwarded her personal letter thanking the association for its commitment in serving local luxorious tourism with great dedication. Her personal letter was read by two concierges of Hotel Park Hyatt Milan: Mrs. Mara Locatelli and Mrs. Lacri Buleu.
The awards of Concierge Best Night 2023
A briliant Bernie Gallotta presented the awards for each category of ALPA Les Clefs d’OR:
Award ALPA “ADERENTE” 2023, This award is given to an associated member who does not wear Les Clefs d’Or keys as he/she is not a concierge, but costantly supports the association. The prize went to Renato Sabella of Hotel Windsor Milan.
Award ALPA “The Lady Concierge” 2023 is given to a female concierge who proudly wears Les Clefs d’Or keys and is deeply committed in Les Clef’s d’Or mission. This year this award goes to Mrs. Carmen Stifano of the prestigious and exclusive Casa Cipriani Milano.
Award ALPA “The Lord Concierge” 2023 is given to a male concierge who proudly wears Les Clefs d’Or keys and is deeply committed in Les Clef’s d’Or mission. Takes the staget Mr. Walter Milia, Head Concierge of historic Hotel Et de Milan
Award ALPA “Concierge Out of Town” 2023 This award is given to an associated member who wears Les Clefs d’Or keys, costantly supports the association and the hotel where he/she works is out of Milan. The prize went to Ugo Rossi Head Concierge of Hotel Royal Victoria in Varenna (Como Lake).
Award ALPA “Concierge Emergent” 2023 This award is given to an associated member who wears Les Clefs d’Or keys and is at the beginning of his concierge’s Les Clefs d’Or career. Takes the stage Mr. Jack Walmsley of Hotel Park Hyatt Milano.
